    @isabel F,

    Do you use another editor than the default WP editor?

    There are no <p> tags or other codes such as line breaks visible.

    But the layout must be visible, not only continuous texts.

    Hello,
    I’ve created my own theme and I don’t use a special editor, just the default one. Problem is that the lay-out changes when I Update the page. Very strange: sometimes it keeps the Enter and Shift-Enter in the text, but some time later when I make changes in the text, everything alters ans is one continuous text…
    So now I installed the plugin: “Simple Breaks”. But it doens’t show the line breaks in the visual editor.

    @isabel F,

    Download the latest beta version of qTranslate and see if that makes a difference. Download it here

    <p> and < br > tags are not visible that is also so without qTranslate
    But the “space” for the breaks must be not change.

    Try it also with a standard WP theme

    Hello,

    When working in FF, the problem disappears. When working in IE 11 the changes I made in the visual editor aren’t saved. When I update the page in the text-editor, it’s ok.
    I’ve read in the support forum that this problem has already been mentioned earlier.
    Is there a fix possible?
    Thanks!

    @isabel F,

    What version of qTranslate do you use?

    Version qTranslate-X 3.2.9.

    Then you should use the latest Beta version.

    Download it here

    Do not use install via WordPress admin!
    First unzip the new file.
    Deactivate the existing version of qTranslate in WordPress admin.
    Then with FTP delete all files in the existing qtranslate-x folder and after that copy all new files in it.
    Activate qTranslate-x again via WordPress admin.

    Thanks, I will try this.
