Azurecurve Floating Image not working

I am trying to use Azurecurce’s Floating Image plugin. I installed and activated the plugin. When I go to Settings in the plugin menu, I get:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Can someone offer a solution?

Or an alternative plugin that will float an image or text box on the right of my site?
