Main Navigation showing as \'YouTube logo on iPhone

I was checking my website https://www.themintedmama.com on my mobile devices to ensure everything looks correct when I disovered that on my iPhone the Main Navigation shows up as a YouTube logo, which when clicked, turns into a dropdown menu with my pages. I have not use the YouTube logo anywhere on my site so I’m not sure why this would appear. Anyone else seen this issue? The site looks totally fine though on my iPad.
