Links not working

When clicking on anything the links don’t work. I have even added a “console.log(\’Test\’);” but it does not output when clicking.

I also had a wierd error from jquery-jvectormap-1.2.2.js?ver=1.2.2:7;
Error: Invalid value for <svg> attribute viewBox=”0 0 100% 100%”

As I’m not the first to have this problem with the links, I assume it is something with the plugin.. I have tried this in IE, Chrome, Firefox, same problem.
