Question captcha randomly not displaying question

    Just started using the captcha question and noticed that sometimes the question does not appear but the input box is always displayed.
    If I refresh the page a few times then the captcha question appears. Tried IE, FF & Chrome and all see to do it.

    If I hit refresh again it will disappear again, hit refresh another time and it comes back.

    Had several people all report the same thing?

    Any ideas or just me ??

    Any chance that you have entered blank lines in the questions box?

    Thats it! The client was changing the questions & left a blank line even though you have a warning displayed right above the box ??
