Hit a brick wall searching for a theme

Ok so for the past few days I have been playing around with themes for my e-commerce fashion store and I have had no luck finding one that fits my needs. I am looking for something clean and minimalist. Logo, navigation, homepage slideshow, and a space to showcase products and instagram posts is all i’m looking for. Something like these two sites would be perfect: https://www.epokhe.co and https://clashist.com. I checked the source and they are running the Shopify themes, Testament (https://themes.shopify.com/themes/testament/styles/genesis) and Blockshop (https://themes.shopify.com/themes/blockshop/styles/beauty), respectively. Surely there is a WP theme that will get me close to these without too much tweaking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
