Add priorities drop down to OPEN A TICKET

It is possible to customize the whole thing without writing a single line of PHP code:

1. Purchase WP App Studio ProDev account
2. Download the WP Ticket Community plugin design
3. Import the design to WP App Studio
4. Customize it anyway you need
5. Generate your own plugin

So the only way to do this is to spend $99 and do this all myself?

You should not be spending $99 for minor changes. I just wanted to let you know about the capability. In the next release, we will try to take care of you, maybe creating another form with priority.

We pushed the new version 2.0.0. You can customize the forms now using the new settings page.
