Table doesnt exist.

Im new to wordpress so please excuse if this is an easy problem.
I installed this Plugin but I cant get it to work:
I cant create fields in the Manage Database fields Page.
this is what it looks like for me :it seems, that it simply didnt create the Table, and it also says
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homepages/23/d568257800/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/participants-database/manage_fields.php on line 467how do i fix this ?
do I have to create the Table manually in wp-contents? If so, how do I do that?
Or do I have to Import a csv first??again, sorry if this is a beginners Problem, but I just cant figure It out,
and I didnt find a support topic that deals with it.(where can I search the support Topics???????)any help Is super greatly appreciated.
