Set category URL for breadcrumbs and category site map links

How can I change what the category part of the breadcrumb links to? for example on
The category Gambling links to
https://www.bitcoin-betting-guide.com/james-cannings-blog/gambling/
(I am then redirecting it)
That same url appears in category sitemap
https://www.bitcoin-betting-guide.com/category-sitemap.xml
But that page does not exist so I need to change thoes links or make the pages exist, I remember I wanted to make my own catagory pages like
https://www.bitcoin-betting-guide.com/james-cannings-blog-category-gambling/
For reasons that no longer exist though I would rather keep the same permalinks
/james-cannings-blog/%postname%/
