Unable to create a new Convertable account

The plugin installs and activates but then returns an invalid e-mail/password message for every e-mail I try to crate an account for. The e-mail I’d like to register is [email protected]. Any thoughts? I’m disappointed because this WordPress CRM functionality is exactly what I need.
