    Jigoshop 1.17
    New COD orders are showing up as “Processing” instead of “On-Hold.”
    I edited cod.php and made the change.

    Hi noisivision,

    Thanks for this. Our developers will analyse impact on other components of Jigoshop and other clients and we will make amendments.

    I have a similar problem. Since a week or more all orders are undefined?!? Even those which been already solved and for example a year old.

    This is really a problem, because of that neither me or the customer is getting a notification of the order.

    What can I do? It is really urgent!

    issue described above is for COD (Cach on delivery) orders.

    Do you experience issues with all the orders?

    Thank You for Your replay. Yes, I have issues with all orders. I can not manage the orders anymore. They just stay undefined…

    Did you changed something in database?

    Hi,

    No, I changed nothing. Not that I would know. But what I found out just this morning is, that when I in in the order and change the option from “translate order” to “never translate”, I finally can change the order status from “undefined” to “solved” or others. But I have to set this status always manually. Maybe it is something with the update and the plugin WPML. But for me we can close this toppic. As long I can change the status, everything is fine for me.
