I had a look at your site, and everything seems to be set up properly. You should be able to access your Stats in your dashboard, and on WordPress.com:
    https://wordpress.com/my-stats/

If you’re still experiencing trouble, the next thing to check is whether any other plugins on your site may have a conflict. Please check our Known Issues list here:
    https://jetpack.me/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/troubleshooting-tips/

You can also try to deactivate all plugins on your site, and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then activate them one at a time to determine which is causing the conflict.

If that doesn’t help, please rule out a theme conflict by temporarily changing your site’s theme to a default theme (such as Twenty Fifteen) and trying again.

Please let me know how that works for you!

    Dear Ryan,

I already made everything you wrote before my post + now I also tried to switch to Twenty Fifteen without success and now I switched back to a child of it.

I see the stats on wordpress.com, it seems that it is working, but I am not able to see them on my dashboard and i still get “We were unable to get your stats…”.

    Thanks in advance,
    armonico

The stats view at my site will not load the stats either and it did so before the last update. What changed in the stats code?

@clisair if you need help, please start your own thread rather than jumping into someone else’s. These forums work much better that way. You also need to include a link to your site.

@armonico Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
