Disable e-mail requirement in comments

  • Well, you can going into Settings -> Discussion and uncheck Comment author must fill out name and e-mail

    The field will still be in the comment form but they won’t have to enter it.

    It’s possible to change the label?

    It appears a ‘*’ ahead the label name, and can induce that is a requirement field.

    That appears to be related to your theme. When I uncheck it, the red “*” goes away on both fields.

    Probably yes, because i deactivate the option, and the e-mail continues a required field!
