Menu Malfunction

Newbie here…

I recently learned how to create a menu in “Appearance” and create a new menu (rather than just having every page I’ve created and made Public show up in the menu bar on my website).

Here’s the weird thing…when I select the new menu I’ve created under “Manage Locations”, update my site and then take a look at the published site to test it out – every Menu item sort of scrolls when I try to click it. I can click it but each word scrolls/moves when I roll my mouse over it.

Anyone know why it’s doing this? I’ve tried everything I can think of.
