Plugin support for SSL sites

Hello, thank you for the plugin. One thing I noticed is the plugin does not support sites running SSL.
The following line needs to be modified from: <script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://www.google.com/jsapi’></script> to: <script type=’text/javascript’ src=’//www.google.com/jsapi’></script>
