• Hi,

since I installed the plugin I can’t acces Network Admin.
I do get a login pop-up, but the user and password doesn’t seems to be right.
At the SPSecure Ops Easy Firewall settings, I filled in different usernames and passwords and unchecked/checked “Password protection for WP-ADMIN”. This doesn’t solve the issue.

I get the error “Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user()xxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 1356”

    cheers Tim

    Hi again Tom,

Thats weird, we are using this plugin on 10+ WordPress 4.1.1 sites at the moment and we’d never seen this error.

However, until we find a way to replicate it and push a new fixed version, you can disable the plugin by following these steps:
    1. Open the wp-content/plugins directory via FTP/cPanel
    2. Manually remove the folder “wpsecureops-easy-firewall”
    3. Go to wp-admin/
    4. Force your FTP viewer/cPanel file browser to show hidden files
    5. Remove .htaccess and .htpasswd files (this will remove the additional user/password protection for the /wp-admin/ directory, which you had mentioned that is not being working”

Also, can you email us a list of your plugins that you are using to: [email protected].

    Thanks!
