    Hi – We user helpcenter as our terminology to the knowledgebase in our site. Is it possible to change Knowledgebase to “Help Center” in all the places it is referred in the front end?

    I tried changing the slug from knowledgebase to helpcenter.. and it works to show the url with helpcenter in it. but in the breadcrumb and the heading of the articles page still show knowledgebase – please help to change it..

    Go to Pages > open your Knowledgebase page for editing > and on that page change the title as needed. ??

    I’m having the same issue. In Settings for the plugin, I changed the Slug to be Help Center. When enabling breadcrumbs, the front end still says Knowledgebase.

    How do we change this? I can go to Pages and rename Knowledgebase to Help Center. That works, but the issue is with the Breadcrumb and the URL when you’re on a Category.

    When at a category, the URL displayed is:
    https://domain.com/knowledgebase_category/my-category-name/

    For SEO purposes, I’d prefer the URL to be this:
    https://domain.com/help-center_category/my-category-name/

    or better yet:
    https://domain.com/help-center/my-category-name/

    How do we remove the word Knowledgebase from the Breadcrumb and have it display the actual name of the page which is Help Center?

    Also, how to fix the URL issue above?

    Ok have tested, and can replicate the breadcrumbs issue. I have logged this in my bug tracker and will release a fix ASAP. Thanks for reporting it.

    For the page name this solutions works:

    Re permalink structure for SEO… I agree it would be nice. This has already been suggested and added to the list for future development. No ETA on it at this stage, but I will get to it as soon as I can.

    Any word on how much longer before you fix this bug? I would really like to use this plugin but it’s really important that this gets fixed first. Any ETA?
