    WordPress 4.1.1
    AWPCP 3.3.3

Menu Items flagged yes (all flagged)
User Ad Management Panel flagged yes

I have the menu Items on all pages and I go very well: it is comfortable.

    I have two problems:
    1) In Menu Items “Edit AD” does not link to the page Edit Ad, but click here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=awpcp-panel (Place ad and hoters it’s allright)
    2) I want to remove Menu Items only by page “Place Ad”, because it creates great confusion.

I know well the ability to take away from all pages, but i want to remove menu items of page “Place Ad”.
I want to keep on other pages.
I have these two problems on 8 different websites.

  • Hi Cristian,

    1) This behavior is because you have Ad Management panel turned on. This is expected–the ad management panel is on the back end, so that URL is correct. Ad editing goes to the back end.

If you want front-end editing, you have to turn off Ad Management Panel.

    2) We currently allow for Place Ad to be shown on all AWPCP page or taken away from all pages, but you can’t selectively display on some pages but not others. You may be able to hack the plugin to handle that, but it’s probably more trouble than you want. ??

I do not understand why if I click on “Place ad” I go to the front end, if I click on “Edit ad” I go to the back end.
    I think not good.
    This is confusing.

Thanks for your help very important. You are very kind.
