Yes, sorry i should have mentioned that in the post, everything is upto date.

Did a little digging and the html output is also different on the confirmation page with stick list enabled.

Normal output with sticky list OFF.

Here’s the form from the example above, however i created a second form with a simple text field and that doesn’t work either. Both were created on a fresh install with only gravity forms and sticky list installed, empty functions.php etc.

I am using gravity PDF on my live site, but again i disabled this incase there was a conflict. There is no difference with gravity PDF on or off.

The seccond form is not accessible, I get a 404 page.

To be able to inport the form I need a link to an exported XML-file of the form. You can export a form by going to Forms->Import/Export->Export form and savning the file. Then you need to upload the file somewhere and post a link to it here.

Appreciate your help, I’ve fixed the issues i was having.

Having downloaded everything to my local dev environment only for it to work first time prompted me to update the servers php version. Wasn’t working in 5.3, works perfectly in 5.4.
