Slugs transliteration breaks my permalinks

Hi,
my website is in russian so I found this plugin to convert non-latin characters in latin characters.
It changes my urls as it supposed to do, but I have some issues searching for words in google.
This is the new url: https://www.geoservice-rus.ru/o-nas/, but if I search for the page on google I get a page with the old permalink (i.e. https://www.geoservice-rus.ru/о-нас/) and if I click on it I get to a “Nothing found” page.
