404 on ml link

    Which SEO/sitemap plugin are you using?

    Is there an option to exclude custom post types – if so exclude ‘ml-slider’.

    This won’t affect the SEO at all as any text from slides are indexed as part of the page that they are displayed on.

    SEO by Yoast – I understand and know it won’t affect the SEO directly, however indirectly yes, because the 404 errors in the sitemap are a ranking factor. As Matt Cutts said we should check GWT for 404 errors and fix them and there should be no links in the sitemap that give a 404 error

    I did as you suggested. There is an option to exclude it. Now it should be fine. Thanks
