problem with flash in IE

Hi.
I make a slideshow in Flash Slideshow Maker Professional and i try it get to wordpress blog ( https://blog.faktami-proti-predsudkom.eu/20070722/pokus-s-flasom/ ). Everething is ok in firefox and opera but microinteligence IE dont work and i dont know where is a error (but i thing its in stupid IE.

i adding a flash with this code:
