Password to access different gallery or page

  • Hello all, i found out wordpress multisite is not that complicated. However, it might be not that one I want. My purpose is creating a client photo gallery under wordpress and let them enter it. So client’s friend or relative can hit on my site to check their picture.

    So, I think a simple way is create a page and let the client enter the password or word complex to enter their own page/gallery. Here is my sample. The Password Protected menu on the top of my site ‘https://www.sunnytam.com/’ the link below only link to the page ‘https://www.sunnytam.com/gallery/password-test1/’ however, I want the page show as general. So the login prompt pop up when client enter the site and link to the site what they want to.

    Any idea?

    Hi Jon, I mean the user will able to enter his password and the password will link to the specific page. So, the password will determine the page or gallery to be loaded. As I said, can make a password protect on several gallery, like gallery1 . password: g1, gallery2, password: g2. when user enter the password prompt and enter g1 which will direct to the gallery1?

    Now, we only can access the specific page/gallery with the password. as example: screenshot. does any plug in or code to make like this feature. Please advise

    They will need their own user accounts.

    Try something like PressPermit which will give you options to limit access to accounts.

    So you can try limiting client x to page x
