Comment Option Dissappeared!

I was wondering why people weren’t leaving comments on my blog and then someone said they couldn’t see where. The comments option has disappeared.

I upgraded my blog a few months ago to the current theme my whole site is in. Previously I had a different theme for the blog. Perhaps I should have left it as it was ??

Anyway, I’ve checked all the theme and comment settings in the dashboard, everything is on as it should but no comment options show in the posts.

Can anyone help me please?
