POS Stock is out of sync

Thanks for the great work and the POS really done a beautiful job. I just noticed that the stock number is not sync all the time, perhaps you might have some ideas.
Cause:
1. Open POS and see Item A have 10 in stock.
2. Customer A place an order on the website (not POS), go to order page and shows Item A stock reduced from 10 to 7. Then open Item A page and shows 7 in stock.
3. Back to check POS page, Item 7 still shows 10 in stock after refersh page or “sync”. Only update when “clear” then “sync”.
4. However, if update the inventory from Item A page. The POS sync will pick up the correct stock for Item A.Please advise
