Custom Fields are being included in the Invoice since last update

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the wonderful plugin you made ??

However, since the last update (2.1.0) all Custom Fields like, plugins notifications, payment gateways directives and administration fields are being included in the final Invoice for the customer instead of being available only in the Administration Panel.

If you give me an email I can send you an example of the “before” and “after”.
