Highligt active page in menu

I have added a menu for my taxonomies in my custom post type called song. It Works fine but when I click on a pagelink in the menu I would like that pagelink to become active in the menu. Like in the normal sidebar menus the selected pagelink becomes a non-link.
Is that possible?
