How to define which Categories to show on a particular page

  • I am not finding a way to define which categories do I want to show on a particular page.

    For example, I have the following Categories / Subcategories on my site:

    Wedding
    W-Engagement
    W-Ceremony
    W-Trash the Dress
    Portrait
    P-Children
    P-Couple
    P-Family

    I need to be able to use a shortcode on the Wedding page that only shows Wedding, W-Engagment, W-Ceremony and W-Trash the Dress and none of the Portrait related categories.

    How can this be accomplished?
