    From Beginner WordPress Users To Expert WordPress Users, All User Levels Are Encouraged To Meetup! Bring your laptop, your website and your questions.

    The Meetup format is we introduce ourselves and describe a WordPress problem or question we have then we pair up or triple up etc. according to each others skill levels and try to help each other out.

    My experience is that every WordPress user, beginner to expert, knows something another WordPress user does not and we can all benefit from helping each other by teaching and learning together.

    I have a fair bit of experience with WordPress. I am able to answer most of the basic questions. Hopefully you will be able to answer some questions too.

    Vancouver WordPress Meetup is formal, topic oriented and structured with guest speakers etc.

    Vancouver’s Free WordPress Help Meetup! is informal, not topic oriented and unstructured without guest speakers.

    Our Meetup’s contrast each other quite naturally. It’s a nice mix.

    Almost everything about php is a mystery to me for right now. so modifying a file with no specific file of no specific name with no specific editor is not a subject for discussion. I have started to think that I have made the wrong choice in Site editors when I chose wordpress. Everything I read said it was the easiest way to get a webpage up and running. WRONG! no special requirements WRONG Thousands of websites now using wordpress, well maybe, but hardly any of them are using https://www.domain.com/wordpress as their site address. I read an artical Called 4 easy ways to fix this problem on sites where there are multiple subdomains. None of them were simple and all required some knowlege of PHP. how is that simple and no special requirements? Two very expensive courses, hundreds of hours spent reading, and I still have not found the answer. Can you help me? a link to one of the subs is:www.chickens.v4.ca.
