Error on Submission

    Hi,

    I have just spent a fair bit of time over the last 3 days creating a very long questionnaire and I am now getting very frustrated with a problem I cannot seem to overcome.

    I keep getting an Error on Submission when the requirements have been met, it is a simple required Yes or No question, with no right answer, horizontal multiple choice and even though I check Yes, it keeps throwing up a **Please complete all required fields!** error for that question and to make it even more frustrating it is the 3rd last question in a very long form.

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. It appears the issue has to do with your header of Social History (check Yes or No). Can you verify that you are using the Text Block question type for that and that the required option is set to no for it as well?

    Thanks for the very fast response, I hadn’t thought to check that as the red line was showing up right through the middle of the question below that.

    While on the Header thing, please see my updated post on that very subject.

    I will try and fill the form in again now and see how I go, it takes a while.
