Minor Bug Report

Hi,

Just a small bug report. I run your plugin on a number of client websites. They usually have File Change Warnings enabled.

On two websites this morning I added ‘.gif and .pdf’ extensions as exclusions for the file change warning emails.

Shortly after I received File Change Notification emails stating that hundreds of files had been deleted from these sites (all gifs and pdfs, none modified or added).

I checked manually, and the files haven’t actually been deleted, but by adding additional file exclusions, it seems to trigger the notification emails and sees those file types as deleted.

I can imagine this freaking out some site owners thinking their files had been deleted.
