  • Ask Gravity Forms for help with this – they provide support for their plugin.

    I don’t think its the form….I think its the site…the site was built for me a while back and I don’t know what the e mail address is that they used for the licence

    I run a Database restore and that hasn’t worked either

    If it’ the theme – looks like a custom theme – so that’s VERY hard for anyone here to help with as well. You can try switching to a default theme (Twenty Fifteen) to see if that fixes the GF problem. Other plugins might also be causing problems so try deactivating those as well.

    Where is a page where the form is missing?

    BTW, have you done this update?

    https://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-v1-9-5-released/#more-7800

    There’s a security patch in there so it’s important to do it ASAP!

    This was working as I have had entries from it ….but all of those pages are now having the same error and they are not showing ….its like they have dropped off one by one

    Yes Im running version 1.9.5

    That GF code shows this as the first line:

    <div id="gform_wrapper_25" class="gf_browser_gecko gform_wrapper" style="display:none">

    See that style – that’s why it’s not showing up. As to where that comes from, you’ll have to look at the form or ask them for help.

    Hi

    Thank you for the help

    I cannot see the “Style= bit in full from you post….what is it saying?

    it looks like it says Style = disp ?

    Scroll over – it says:

    style="display:none"

    So someone or something has changed that?…

    forgive me I am not technical…

    1 How can you see that (I can’t from the admin of the site in WordPress
    2 Is there anyway you can change it from “none”

    I really am lost with this site now as the girl who built it for me has gone to US…im in UK

    1. Using a browser “View Source” I can see all the code on any web page!

    2. I really have no idea – as I’ve never used Gravity Forms… and since they are a commercial plugin, no way to try it out, sorry to say.

    I’d GUESS that there must be a setting or something in the form for that, but it could be something else.

    In the plug in…there is the facility to Edit…..but I don’t know where that would be in the files that are with it….there are several

    Me neither – that’s why you really need to get access to GF support – these forums don’t support commercial products – this is one reason why. Do you have a way to get that support access?
