• Since getting WP alpha1.3 to behaviour and work with me rather than agaist as i had with the 1.2 version I have since meet a New problem with adding Coppermine to my WP. It’s there I can see the menu and The data base seems correct until I load the admin on WP I get Database errors;
like this oen at the Very top of my WP Admin – EG: Database error: [Table my WordPress databasenamehere.cpg11d_config’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT * FROM cpg11d_config
Can’t read the Coppermine configuration data
other few appear involving the cpg11d_config. I have looked everywhere to correct this but sadly am Lost and have disabled teh plug in until I can solve this issue.
I tried teh coppermine data base details and well It does nothing but says my WordPress database is wrong when its not. I dunno what else to do, any Ideas, Tips or even tricks?

  • maybe you can try my psnGallery2 hack….which is integrating Coppermine to WP.
    blog.idahocline.info

i changed the name of my gallery prefix to gallery_ so i was getting errors like that till i went in the database and changed the prefixes the psngallery table etc to match my gallery table prefix.
It appears to be working now don’t know all the feature details yet so i don’t know what do with it. I do however see a picture from my gallery in my wordpress options stuff.
    Step 5 :
    You have two possibilities :
Or you had an option in “menu.txt” from the wp-admin directory
Or you upload the file “menu.php” in the wp-admin directory…huh?

Well, to use psnCPGAdmin, you need to have to define an option in the “main” menu of the WP admin area.
Open menu.php in your wp-admin folder and find this line:
    array(__('Categories'), 3, 'categories.php'),
Add this line right after that:
    array(__('psnGallery2'), 10, 'psnCPGAdmin.php'),
    That’s it !
It seems that ‘menu.txt’ has disappeared in 1.2….sorry. So in fact only 1 possibility !
