Looking for a specific theme…

I am looking for a specific theme that meets these requirements. I have checked my normal spots in themeforest.net (mainly this one) & a couple others.

Requirements:
– Top & left menu
– Responsive
– When the site is on a mobile device the top & left menus are at the top. I do not want the left menu to fall below the content*
– Theme that is popular enough that it won’t become obsolete anytime soon & gets updates.
– Probably a boxed layout since it would look best this way

As mentioned I have checked different themes, including avada which I have used in the past. It does have the top navigation & a side navigation. Main issue is that the left menu falls below the content when on mobile. And I need my left menu to appear on all pages all the time, where as avada’s does not seem to do that in the same manner that I am looking.

If anyone has any themes they can recommend, that would be great, thank you.
