HTML to Visual

I have a strange issue that I cant find a solution to and I searched the forums (pinky swear).

I am trying to install a click-to-call service on my website. My provider game an HTML code to put on the page and I did that in the “text” editor. But when I switch to the “visual” editor, part (not all) of the code disappears. The click-2-call image remains but when you click it, it just goes to the service providers website. I have tested and if I dont switch to visual editor then everything workds fine, but that isnt an option.

Need some guidance on how to fix this:

I enter in text editor:

After I switch to visual and come back to HTML (because the button isnt working) this remains:
