Rich snippets fixes/improvements

    Google reports some errors with recipe snippets:

    1. Times (prepTime, cookTime, …) must be expressed with “time” tag instead of “div” tag
    2. If the recipe has no reviews, the rating value is set to 0 and, because of the worstRating value is not specified, 1 is assumed, and Google reports that the rating value is out of range. Could be a good idea not showing the aggregate rating snippet if no review exists.
