No backup made

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Presumably this is a complete backup you’re trying? Are you able to create just a database backup? How large is the site you’re backing up?

    database only backup also not working.
    It’s a not a big website just a child-theme of twentytwelve with 2 pages and some blog entries. I can’t see the total size of the website in WinSCP

    Found a way to calculate the size.
    It’s around 50 mb
    Complete backup and backup only database is not working.
    No errors. output is just the folder backup with an empty index.html and a .htacces So no .zip produced!

    What version of BackUpWordPress are you running?

    I recommend enabling support from the plugin and send us a message through there as it provides us with some more server information.

    I have the same problem; using latest version of plugin. I will enable support and send message.

    I enabled support, but the support button does not do anything now?
    Please advise next step, need to run backups!

    Hi Nvbwordp,

    If the support button isn’t doing anything it’s likely that there’s a Javascript on the page which is stopping the support modal from appearing.
