Kindly follow the given below instruction .

From the add new page screen

1 Click on ‘screen options’ which drops down a menu.

2 Within that menu, one of the choices is discussion. If I check discussion, it adds a new box under the editor.

Within that new box, are 2 options

Allow comments.
Allow trackbacks and pingbacks on this page.

Uncheck those 2 boxes, and then save the post/page.
It makes comments are no longer allowed on that particular post/page .

It does not work.

I uncheck bot the boxes but i does not change

Kindly Replace the Theme package >> comments.php and replace all the code with the code mentioned in the link.
