    Hey @therqworld looks like your theme has probably overridden the sorting dropdown — could you please try it out in a default theme, i.e. TwentyTwelve, and let me know if this persists? Thanks!

    Thanks for the quick response. Yes, you’re right, I tried it with the TwentyFifteen and it works… I’m using Enfold, I already contacted their support, but still I wonder if you have any idea on how to fix it.

    Hey @therqworld, I’m afraid that they’re probably completely overriding it, so it can’t be fixed per say, unless they correctly pull in the options from WooCommerce instead of hard-coding the sorting options into the theme. This is something they’ll have to do on their end.
