Profession Theme from w3creatives Problem

I get these two warning with this theme installed. I really like it and want to use it but I am having trouble.

I’ve seen this before, and I delete some blank space on the php pages but this time that didn’t work. However, I think I see a clue…

At the very end of the option.php page there is no closing ?> php tag. I tried putting one there but then I still get the same 2 errors.

These are the errors-

I did the same thing to class-options-framework.php (I added a ?> to the end- there wasn’t one) but still same errors!
