Q&A Verification no longer working after upgrade

    Just an FYI, upgraded to 14.9.2 from a slightly older version today, and Vistor Q&A verification stopped working. The field label appeared on all forms, but the questions did not appear and no field appeared for typing an answer. Also, the form could be submitted without completing verification.

    I switched over to captcha verification and all seems well now, but I thought you should know that the upgrade broke Q&A.
