Form / Quote Plugin that allows users to add and delete rows

  • Hi Everyone,
    I am looking for a form plugin that allows users to add and delete peviously set rows. More precisely, I would like to create a quotation form that firstly has a row with 3-4 dropdowns and 2-3 number fields. If the user needs another item (row) to ask for then the form would have a button like ‘Add new’ and another row would appear.
    At the end, with a ‘Submit’ button the user could send it to me.

    Does anyone knows plugins like this?
