Hook during event creation or update?

I have successfully saved the locations to the other plugin with em_event_save_filter.
However, after event is saved, it reloads the event as Edit/Update mode instead of showing the “…pending approval” message.
Is there a way to direct it to the default and show the “…pending approval” message?

try settings Events > Settings > General > Event Submission Forms > Show form again =No

I have set it to “No” but “pending approval” message is still not showing
