No API field at all in Settings -> Aftership

1. I dont see any API field at all in Settings -> Aftership. Where is it? WordPress 4.1.1 and Aftership Plugin 1.4.2.
2. Is there any way to add a form in our website for our customer to fill in the tracking number and track the shipping?
