• Hi guys

Just got a blank wp-admin page, but the regular homepage is working.

I’ve read that spaces in the start and end of functions.php can cause this, but i have no spaces there.

I can see this in my error log: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/nrssdgko/public_html/Fejm.se/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/base/siteorigin-widget.class.php on line 414

I also see that alot of ppl is talking about renaming the plugins folder, but im really afraid to fuck the whole homepage up. Guess all plugins will be de-activated if i rename that folder? But what to do after that? Won’t the problem come back if i name it back later?

Really could use some help here.

    Thanks alot

  • Just try renaming the so-widgets-bundle plugin. That’s what’s being referenced in the error message.

    thanks for the answer

I changed the name of that folder but nothing happened… Thought that would fix it too.

(Make sure to clear your browser cache when making changes and testing.)

Try renaming the main plugins folder to disable them all. If your admin comes back up, you can re-activate them one at a time to see which one might be a problem.

I changed the plugin folder name and got a functions.php error on the whole site. Changed it back and the site is working again, but still a blank wp-admin :/

Does this happen if you switch to a default WP theme? What is your site url and what theme are you using?

If you have WP_DEBUG turned off then you should try activating it. It might reveal a fatal error on the admin page instead of a blank screen.

Also, what you are seeing in your error log is just a warning and it can’t likely be the cause of this problem.
