Upgrading from 2.0 to 2.2.1 – All posts disapeared.

We are trying to upgrade one of our wordpress from 2.0 to 2.2.1, we’ve done all backups, MySQL and Files.
We’ve uploaded the 2.2.1 files, and followed the steps to upgrade.

Our surprise is that we find the posts in the database, but they don’t show even in wordpress admin interface, but they are all in database.

We’ve tried to upgrade from our 2.0 to 2.1.2 and then to 2.2.1. and many other things here is the result:

to 2.2.1 didnt work, not showing posts, pages, and categories. but they were in db.
to 2.1.2 the same, nothing showing, but there it was.
to 2.0.4 It only shows categories and Pages. no posts.

any idea? We’ll be tring to put this blog working even if we don’t sleep, so if you have any idea please…
