  • Hi alapatiamar did you enable the plugin? Do you have a cache plugin installed? Is your website using Cloud options?

Hi, I enabled the plugin. I saw it working on my mobile but when I see in responsinator.com or other websites I don’t see the result.

    Thanks

Hi alapatiamar, so you are saying it is working in your mobile phone.

Do you have a tablet so that you can check as well? Could you ask one of your friends or relative that has a smartphone or tablet to check for you. If it shows in all of the above mentioned devices then you can say that the plugin is working.

In regards to responsinator.com, I tested my site and sometimes I had to refresh a few times just to be able to use this service.

    Hello,

Sites like ‘responsinator’ work by loading your site in a narrow viewport. They may be useful for checking responsive themes but since they do not fully emulate a mobile device, WPtouch identifies the browser as a desktop browser not a mobile browser.

If you’re working on a Mac, you can make use of Apple’s excellent iOS simulator to test and preview on the desktop.

    Thanks,
