Twitter and G Counts Gone

We’re recently updated our site with a new responsive framework. All the URLs have stayed the same, and the social counts from Facebook and LinkedIn display as normal.
However, the Tweet and G+1 counts have zeroed out and are only displaying activity since the new responsive framework was put in place. Again, all of the URLs have remained the same.
Is there cache or something we can clear, to get the social activity from Twitter and G+ to display again?
