No access to wp-admin / dashboard/ website!

Help!
I’ve suddenly lost all access to my new WP website which I was deigning in gridhosted (hongtaoclinic.com/gridhosted.co.uk), now it just redirects to the old site).

I had previously had no problems accessing the WP admin by hongtaoclinic.com/gridhosted.co.uk/wp-admin and design and update the site via this. All i get is now is URL error “The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server”. I really need help with this asap! I can’t get into anything!
