    This forum is for people using the free OpenTickets Community Edition.

    We try to acknowledge and answer questions as soon as possible, with the goal of the next business day. Depending on the volume of questions, company travel and our development cycle, this might vary.

    Any paid customers for Enterprise Edition or Community Extensions, please post in the Service Desk you were given access to. This forum is for general questions on just the Community Edition.

    BEFORE YOU POST

    Please include the ‘System Status’ report from the ‘OpenTickets’ menu on your WordPress Dashboard.

    We need this information to help solve problems and issue updates.

    Thank you for doing this as it often helps us identify issues more quickly.
